Bond It Wood Pro 310ml (EU3) – Hybrid Wood Flooring Adhesive Cartridge
Bond It Wood Pro is a one-part, moisture-curing hybrid polymer wood flooring adhesive designed for internal bonding of many wood floor types. It is solvent and moisture-free, permanently elastic, and offers excellent gap-filling with rapid bond build – ideal for trade installs where movement, comfort and reliability matter.
Typical Uses
- Internal bonding of parquet, mosaic, wood block, laminated wood, oak and exotic timber flooring
- Bonding to porous and non-porous substrates including screeds, chipboard, plywood, concrete and anhydrite
- Installations over compatible underfloor heating systems
Key Features
- Solvent & moisture-free: Helps reduce risk of warping/deforming compared with moisture-heavy systems.
- Permanently elastic: Designed to accommodate natural movement in timber floors.
- Gap-filling: Helps improve contact and bond across minor substrate variations.
- Suitable for underfloor heating: Compatible with UFH substrates (follow flooring manufacturer guidance).
- Acoustic properties: Helps reduce “hollow” sound in suitable floor build-ups.
Application (Cartridge)
- Ensure the substrate is clean, sound and free from dust, grease, polish and old adhesive residues.
- Apply by cartridge in a triangular bead approx. 8mm wide x 10mm high at 250mm centres, perpendicular to the wood length.
- Do not apply more adhesive than can be used within the 20 minute open time.
- Lay boards into the adhesive with a slight twisting action and tap into place for good transfer.
- Allow to cure fully before sanding or finishing.
