Bond It S3 Sanitary Silicone Sealant is a high-performance acetoxy silicone designed to provide a long-lasting waterproof seal in areas prone to moisture and humidity. Treated with a biocide to resist mould and mildew, S3 is perfect for sealing around baths, showers, sinks and other wet joints where hygiene and durability are essential.

Application Tip:

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease before application. Apply with a standard sealant gun and tool within 5–10 minutes for a smooth, watertight finish. For best results, seal joints continuously without gaps. Avoid use on natural stone or marble without a primer.
