Bond It S3 Sanitary Silicone is a premium, high modulus acetoxy sanitary silicone sealant containing fungicide/biocide for use in humid interior areas. It’s mould resistant, waterproof and remains permanently flexible, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and other sanitary applications.

Application Tips

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and soap residue. Mask edges for a crisp finish, apply with a standard sealant gun, then tool before skinning. Avoid using on mirrors. Bare metal or fresh concrete may require priming, and natural stone should be protected with a suitable primer/sealer to prevent staining.
