Bond It FS4 is a one-part, water-based acrylic sealant specially formulated to help maintain the fire integrity of walls and floors. When exposed to high temperatures, FS4 expands (intumesces) to form a heat-resistant char that slows the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases—providing critical time for safe evacuation and structural protection.
