Bond It Clear Coat Block Seal is a high-performance, solvent-based, water-repellent treatment designed to protect brick, blockwork, concrete, stone and render from moisture ingress and long-term weather damage. Once applied, it forms a durable, non-darkening, clear protective coating that reduces water absorption while maintaining the natural appearance of the substrate.

Application Tips:
Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free from algae, dirt and loose material. Apply evenly using a brush, roller or sprayer. For highly porous surfaces, a second coat may be required. Avoid application during rainfall or freezing conditions.
