Breeze Block Airtight PU Foam 750ml – Gun Grade (Green, B2 Rated)
Bond It Breeze Block Airtight PU Foam 750ml – Gun Grade (Green)
Bond It Breeze Block Airtight PU Foam is a multi-purpose, gun grade polyurethane foam designed as an air-tight gap filler for general construction joints where movement is likely. It absorbs component movement to help maintain an airtight seal, reducing heat loss and improving building energy efficiency.
Airtight sealing is tested to EN 12114:2000 and the foam has a DIN 4102-1 Class B2 reaction to fire rating.
Key Features
- Airtight sealing: tested to EN 12114:2000.
- All-season use: application temperature -5°C to +30°C.
- Near-zero curing pressure: helps avoid deformation of building elements.
- Low post-expansion: easier to fill joints to the correct depth.
- Permanently elastic: ideal for joints subject to movement.
- High thermal & acoustic performance: acoustic dampening up to 63dB.
- High yield: approx. 45 litres per 750ml can.
- Non-shrinking: helps maintain seal integrity.
- B2 rated: DIN 4102-1 Class B2.
Typical Uses
- Installation of window and door frames and entrance door linings
- Filling holes, voids and cavities
- Sealing service penetrations
- Sealing thermal and acoustic insulation boards
- Sealing and connecting construction joints
- Reducing the impact of thermal bridges
Suitable Substrates
- Adheres to many common construction materials including wood, concrete, block, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene.
Specifications
- Type: One-component gun grade PU foam
- Size: 750ml
- Colour: Green
- Yield: approx. 45L per 750ml
- Tensile strength: > 55 kPa
- Elongation: 20%
- Conforms: EN 12114:2000

Application Tips
Shake the can thoroughly before use. Underfill joints to allow for expansion (typically fill to around 80–90% of joint depth). For deep joints, apply in layers and lightly mist with clean water between layers to assist adhesion and curing. Once started, use within four weeks.
Limitations
Cured foam is UV sensitive and should be covered with an opaque sealant/filler/paint. Not for use around fire doors to provide a fire resistant seal. As with PU foams, it does not bond to polythene, Teflon®, or siliconised/wax-like surfaces. Adequate training is required before industrial/professional use (per current regulations).
