Bond It B3 Fill & Fix is a fast-setting, multi-purpose expanding polyurethane (PU) foam that bonds, fills, seals and insulates most common construction materials. Supplied in a gun grade 750ml can for accurate output control and cleaner application on site.
Conforms to DIN 4102 Class B3 (general purpose foam rating).

Application Tips
Moisten surfaces lightly before application to support even curing. Apply in layers and do not overfill—foam expands after application. Remove fresh foam within tack-free time using suitable foam cleaner; cured foam must be removed mechanically. Once opened/started, use within four weeks. As of 24 August 2023, adequate training is required before industrial or professional use.
Limitations
Cured foam is UV sensitive and should be covered with an opaque sealant/filler/paint. This foam is not for use around fire doors to provide a fire seal. Does not bond to polythene, Teflon®, siliconised or wax-like surfaces.
