Evolutions Pozi Double countersunk wood screws offer a newer head that improves the neck strength and reduces most head shearing in high torque applications. The countersinking nibs enable for a smooth self-countersinking in both timber and sheet material.
These screws have a high-quality aggressive thread form, improving the penetration into the material as well as reducing the driving torque, meaning in most cases there is no need to pre-drill a pilot hole.
The premium grade of the screws eliminates almost, if not all, splitting of the timber even when screwing close to the edge of the material.
